Résumé:
Le ou la Chef d’équipe – entrepôt sera responsable d’organiser l’inventaire, d’analyser les informations liées aux expéditions entrantes et de superviser l’ensemble des activités liées à l’entrepôt. La personne retenue devra également gérer la réception des pièces destinées à l’inspection de la qualité (CQ), fournir la documentation complète pour toutes les expéditions, et veiller à l’entretien préventif de l’ensemble des équipements, instruments et machines.De plus, cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion de la santé et sécurité au sein de l’entrepôt.Ce poste est permanent, à temps plein, situé à Pointe-Claire, QC et le ou la titulaire travaillera à notre établissement situé à Pointe-Claire.
Principales responsabilités:
Superviser l’équipe de l’entrepôt de Pointe-Claire (composée de 5 préposés à l’entrepôt) afin de s’assurer que toutes les commandes de vente de produits soient préparées et emballées avec précision et dans les délais.
Maintenir l’inventaire en identifiant, étiquetant et rangeant les matériaux et fournitures en stock.
Consigner l’emplacement de l’inventaire afin d’assurer un suivi précis.
S’assurer que tous les matériaux sont placés aux bons endroits sur les étagères.
Veiller à ce que les étagères de l’entrepôt et les matériaux soient bien rangés.
Consigner toutes les expéditions reçues en enregistrant les unités reçues.
Rapporter tout dommage ou toute anomalie au gestionnaire de l’entrepôt.
Effectuer des inspections complètes de toutes les livraisons entrantes.
S’assurer que l’équipe de l’entrepôt respecte toutes les politiques de l’entreprise, les procédures opérationnelles normalisées ainsi que les consignes de santé et sécurité.
Consigner les expéditions de produits en enregistrant les unités expédiées.
S’assurer que les bordereaux d’expédition sont générés à des fins de facturation.
Créer les étiquettes d’expédition et la documentation pour acheminer les commandes aux bons endroits.
Réceptionner les bons de commande (BC) et les documents de transfert internes.
Assurer la gestion de la sécurité dans l’entrepôt.
Veiller à ce que toutes les consignes de santé et sécurité soient strictement suivies.
Entretenir l’équipement de manutention en effectuant des inspections avant utilisation.
Vérifier que l’équipement est en bon état et signaler tout problème sans délai.
Identifier, prélever, emballer, mettre en caisse, charger et sécuriser les produits pour l’expédition.
Veiller à ce que toutes les préparations soient faites efficacement et avec précision pour respecter les échéances.
Maintenir la propreté et l’ordre dans l’entrepôt.
Garder un environnement de travail propre et organisé pour favoriser la sécurité et l’efficacité.
S'assurer que le travail est effectué conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001 et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
Maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit, requise, aussi maitrise de la langue Anglais pour être capable de communiquer avec la maison mère situé à Toronto.
Exigenceéts et Compences:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée de 1 à 3 ans dans un rôle de chef d'équipe ou de superviseur d'entrepôt.
Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion des stocks.

Connaissance des pratiques de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité dans un environnement d'entrepôt.

Summary:
Mircom is searching for a qualified Team Lead, for final assembly who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production staff to ensure all finished products meet established quality standards for the afternoon shift. This role will monitor quality across all manufactured products and perform inspections, tests, and sampling of materials, parts, and products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide production activities.
Monitor operations to ensure they meet established production and quality standards.

Recommend and implement adjustments to assembly or production processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Identify and remove products and materials that fail to meet required specifications.

Requirements and Skills:

5 to 10 years of production assembly experience, preferrably in electronics.
Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality control environment (supervisory experience an asset).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dynamic technician schedule.
Work as a team with other coordinators to efficiently manage the daily work of approximately 25 technicians.
Create & process various internal documents with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor inventory and coordination of parts, tools/equipment & other assets to help set our field staff up for success.
Accurately perform internal inventory adjustments.
Monitor consumable stock levels and place restock orders as necessary.
Assist with reviewing documents for billing issues, hours, variances, etc.
Review in a timely manner all technician work orders, ensuring speedy delivery of client quotations, invoicing and further work where required.
Aid with inquiries from various internal departments.
Manage digital assets in an organized, efficient manner.
Answer phone calls typically related to service requests, requests for quotations, reports, invoicing issues etc.
Check, organize and respond to email requests from clients, internal and partners/subcontractors.
Liaise between client, vendors, field staff & internal staff.
Light purchasing where required, ordering parts for field work.
Work with Service Manager to resolve higher level client issues, last minute changes to schedule and warranty issues.
Requirements and Skills:
College Diploma or university degree preferred.
3 or more years coordination experience preferred.
Experience in the Fire Protection industry would be considered an asset.

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, M.Eng., or M.Sc.) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a diverse, high-performing team.
Proven experience developing and implementing quality management systems and processes across an entire organization, including product design, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
