Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a small Pick & Pack team, ensuring all orders are accurately pulled, packed, and shipped while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing cycle counts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The candidate will also be responsible for a mix of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.
Note: Candidates must reside in the Western New York area, as this position is based out of our Niagara Falls, NY warehouse.
Key Responsibilites:
Data entry-receive, track and allocate material into inventory or other warehouse locations
Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
Pick, pack, label and verify material for outbound shipments
Answer phone calls, emails and respond in timely manner in regard to shipments, carrier pricing, transfers and sales team
Use online portals for data entry/courier shipping labels/Bill of Ladings (Ups-worldship, Fedex, other LTL carriers.)
Sort incoming RMA’s and work with RMA dept to create invoices/send to Head Office
Communicate discrepancies to appropriate locations, departments
Ensure work environment is clean, empty trash cans, replace trash liner, sweep work areas, and bathrooms, refill soap, paper towels in restrooms
Assist with receiving, packaging and shipping
Perform and oversee cycle count, report on overstock, shortages, damaged or missing goods
Perform timely report claims/damaged or missing material
Oversee time keeping of employees
Report any Health & Safety issues
Operate power-jack/pallet jack/scale/dock plate used in daily movement of stock
Requirements & Skills:
Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in any manufacturing or distribution industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Principales responsabilités:

Exigences et compétences:
Diplôme d'une école de commerce ou d'un collège ou dans un domaine pertinent ; une formation technique est requise.
Un diplôme universitaire est un atout
Minimum de 3 ans dans le soutien aux applications ou dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur des communications et de la sécurité.

Summary:
We are searching for an energetic Designer who will be responsible for preparing electronic (AutoCAD) working plans and technical drawings for various Fire Alarm System projects from preliminary concepts, sketches, calculations, specification sheets and other data. Key Responsibilities:
Create custom sketches and incorporate custom drawings into tool palettes.
Provide assistance to the team leader in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements and the procurement and use of AutoCAD files.
Prepare electronic layouts, charts, detailed scale drawings, and material and equipment requirements from sketches, specifications, and standard layouts provided.

Summary:
Reporting directly to the Director of US Sales, this regional role of Business Development Manager will identify and seize new business development opportunities to build a strong network of loyal partners and execute Mircom’s strategy. Summary:
Mircom Group of Companies is searching for a 1 mid level, and 1 senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning projects, perform on-site testing, on call service and scheduled service work on BAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Proper start-up and commissioning of projects assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Perform point-to-point checkout as per procedures, complete project commissioning documentation, download application software and perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system operation.
Perform on-site testing of the application programming and check on-line operation of the graphical user interface.
Maintain working as-built project drawings/documentation, archive project user files and perform warranty related service calls.
Coordinate with estimators and installation electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and as per code, standards and contract requirements.
Perform on call service and scheduled service work on BAS.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience with HVAC DDC / BAS controls products and tools with working knowledge of HVAC DDC/BAS control system installations, programming, graphical user interfaces, system integrations, start-up, checkout and commissioning.
3-10 years of experience in the controls industry including commissioning, software operation, calibration, field services and troubleshooting.
Previous experience on construction projects; knowledgeable in the construction contracting industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields
Knowledgeable in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
Knowledgeable in servers, network equipment and environments.
Able to interpret drawings, assist with estimation/design and implement projects and service contracts.
Obtain minimum security clearance and pass a criminal background check.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal, written and aural ability)
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
2-4 year technical degree plus technical training/certifications would be an asset
Experience with pneumatic controls and the Schneider BAS product line (Andover Continuum) would be preferred

Requirements and Skills:
Technicians shall have 3-5 years of experience as a Service or Installation Technician within the Fire Sprinkler industry
NICET I / II certification or accumulated equivalent experience
Osha certification, apprentice certifications or other trade qualification would be an asset
Strong knowledge of industry codes (NFPA)
Excellent planning and organization skills
Must have valid driver’s license and pass a background check and drug test
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 50lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding

Responsabilités principales:
Installer, faire fonctionner et dépanner les machines d’auto-insertion et SMT avec un minimum de temps d’arrêt et de supervision.
Effectuer les inspections qualité à l’aide de l’Inspection Optique Automatique (AOI), des échantillons de référence (Golden Sample) ou des nomenclatures (BOM), et consigner les résultats sur le formulaire « First Off » de l’Ordre de Fabrication (OF).
Réaliser les vérifications de sécurité et la maintenance préventive selon les besoins.
Maintenir avec rigueur le stock de circuits imprimés (PCB), en assurant propreté et bonne organisation.
Inspecter visuellement toutes les cartes après leur passage en machine.
