Principales responsabilités:
Fournir des conceptions d'applications spéciales aux vendeurs et aux clients/installateurs.
Résoudre les principaux problèmes liés au terrain avec les clients/installateurs.
Fournir des instructions par téléphone et par courriel aux techniciens/installateurs sur le terrain en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement, l'installation, le dépannage et la programmation des divers systèmes Mircom.
Offrir des déjeuners-conférences dans diverses villes du Québec et des provinces de l'Est aux représentants des ventes, aux techniciens sur le terrain et aux distributeurs.
Simuler les problèmes récurrents sur le terrain dans le rack et le laboratoire d'essai et documenter les résultats pour les transmettre au département d'ingénierie.
Programmer les clés de sécurité internationales pour les centrales d'alarme incendie Flex-Net et MMX (Secutron).
Programmer toutes les clés OPENGN, BACNET et WEBSERVER pour les clients nord-américains et internationaux.
Programme TX3 et panneaux d'incendie Secutron.
Assurer la maintenance des anciens FACP, des systèmes d'accès téléphonique, des systèmes d'appel d'urgence et des systèmes d'interphonie de la série « K ».
Dessiner des schémas de câblage/blocs pour des applications spéciales à l'intention des clients/installateurs.
Tester et évaluer les prototypes pour en vérifier l'intégrité électrique.
Résoudre les problèmes de niveau 2 des clients transmis par le service d'assistance technique.
S'assurer que le travail est effectué conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001 et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
Exigences et compétences:
Diplôme d'une école de commerce ou d'un collège ou dans un domaine pertinent ; une formation technique est requise.
Un diplôme universitaire est un atout
Minimum de 3 ans dans le soutien aux applications ou dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur des communications et de la sécurité.
Minimum de 3 ans dans un secteur de vente technique, de préférence dans la vente de systèmes d'alarme incendie ou de sécurité, la vente de systèmes d'alarme incendie est un atout.
Solide connaissance des principes de mise en réseau et des méthodes de dépannage.
Solide connaissance des systèmes de vidéosurveillance, d'interphonie, de contrôle d'accès, des systèmes audio, des technologies SIP/VoIP et des pratiques de câblage.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite pour la documentation technique et la formation.
Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle et engagement à résoudre efficacement les problèmes.
Des déplacements fréquents sur les sites des clients sont nécessaires pour la formation ou l'assistance.

Summary:
The Fire Alarm Systems Estimator will be responsible for estimating Fire Alarm System material and labour for projects which the Project Management Office (PMO) manage, regionally and/or nationally within Canada; this includes reviewing Consulting Engineers design drawings, Material take-off (either manually and/or using Procore), Bill of Material (BOM) creation, Labour (hours/cost) estimations for system Test and Inspection and Verification, Quote creation in AX. The Estimator will be required to review plans and confer with Sales Managers and Project Managers, if required, to provide a BOM and Quote for a complete and functional Fire Alarm system which meets the project specifications. The role is a full time permanent role based out of our office in Capital Federal, Buenos Aries Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales Managers and Project Managers to have a full understanding of the projects needs and requirements.
Review and understand Consulting Engineer drawings and designs for the Fire Alarm System.
Perform take-offs of design drawings, manually and/or by using Procore software, to provide accurate quantities of materials, and labour hours required for each project.
Employ problem-solving strategies and find solutions to product design issues.
Successfully meet deadlines for project quote submittals.
Ensure proper documentation of all work, organize, and maintain quotes and all supporting documents in a digital file database on the PMO SharePoint site for each project.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Post-secondary College Graduate in design or a related electronic Industry field is required.
Minimum 2 years of Life Safety Systems sales or technical experience.

Summary:
We are seeking an energetic PMA (Preventative Maintenance Agreement) Sales Representative with a proven sales record and a solid understanding of fire alarm, security, and telephone access systems. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior technicians with inspection, testing, and maintenance of Mircom fire alarm systems.
Support troubleshooting of system faults (devices, panels, NAC circuits, signaling issues, etc.).
Perform basic device verification (smoke/heat detectors, pull stations, horns/strobes, relays, modules).
Help complete service reports, inspection forms, and deficiency documentation.
Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory of common parts.
Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts, and team members.
Follow company safety procedures and site-specific requirements at all times.
Support installation activities as needed (device replacements, labeling, minor wiring tasks, cleanup).
Requirements and Skills:
All CFAA courses completed

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the storage, movement, receiving, preserving and staging of materials, while providing the highest quality of service to all customers. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of physical security in the warehouse, reporting of all security-related issues to management and any other warehouse functions that may be assigned. This is a full time permanent role based out of our Vaughan, ON facility.
Responsibilities:
Print/Read picking slips from the system.
Follow procedures on RF picking slips or verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Pick, prepare and move customer orders and related material to checking stage for shipping process.
Use an RF scanner to perform a cycle count daily and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor.
Package shipments securely on pallets, label and provide transportation documents, load trucks.
Receive and store all finished goods from final assembly or delivery carriers in a timely manner using the RF scanner system.
Ensure the accuracy of shipments; confirm the quantity and part number(s) are accurate.
Sort out material by POs and process QC orders.
Receive materials in the system and stamp paperwork with date and signature.
Assist Supervisor with highlighting, collecting, and filing paperwork.
Operate warehouse mobile equipment including forklifts.
Sort pallets and perform inventory checks.
Perform safety checks and preventive maintenance; update logs when machinery is used.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times while adhering to all health and safety policies/procedures.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures.
Perform any other related duties as required by the Supervisor.
Requirements and Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.
Three years’ of experience as a warehouse associate is an asset.
Forklift Safety Training Certificate required.

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager, this position is responsible for the safe, accurate assembly, insertion of electronic components and other related assembly in a timely fashion, with the help of complex machinery. Key Responsibilities:
Set-up, run and troubleshoot Auto-insertion and SMT machines with minimum down time and minimum supervision
Perform quality inspection with the aid of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), Golden Sample or Bills of Material (BOM) and log it on the First Off template of the Manufacturing Order (MO)
Perform safety checks and preventative maintenance as required
Maintain PCB stock accurately, ensuring cleanliness and good organization
Visually inspect all boards after processing on the machines
Manage and track stock accurately by utilizing Integrated Materials Management Software

Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent
Machine operator certification an asset
Three years’ experience using Auto-insertion and SMT machinery
Ability to read work orders, follow production drawings, sample assemblies, and understand verbal instructions
Experience with current IPC class 2 standard for proper insertion, placement and reflow of components
Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and the tools required in various assembly processes
Knowledge of electronic components and electronic assembly is an asset
Knowledge of set-ups, programming and adjustments an asset
Soldering experience an asset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

It requires foundational supply chain and operations knowledge, plus 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning) to interpret inventory data, validate system accuracy, and guide planning decisions. The position works closely with MRP logic, BOM structures, and manufacturing workflows to align material availability with production schedules, and relies on strong analytical/problem-solving skills, effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and disciplined process execution. This is a full-time permanent role based out of our head office in Vaughan, ON.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to support production planning and procurement planning.
Analyze material consumption trends and forecast requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Track slow‑moving, obsolete, and excess inventory; recommend actions to reduce excess inventory and obsolete inventory.
Perform root‑cause analysis of inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Generate and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation.
Improve inventory processes through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records in MS Dynamics 365, including item master data, BOM updates, and transaction accuracy.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field.
1–3 years of experience in inventory control/analysis or materials/production planning support in a manufacturing environment.
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory transactions and master data (item master/BOM) maintenance is essential.
Experience with cycle counts/physical inventory and supporting internal/external audits (documentation and reconciliations).
Ability to monitor and control inventory (raw materials, sub-assemblies, finished goods) and forecast requirements to prevent stockouts/overstocking.
Knowledge of inventory planning concepts (safety stock, reorder points, lead times, min/max, inventory turns).
Understanding of BOM structures and the importance of item master/BOM accuracy.
Strong variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective action (CAPA) skills to improve inventory accuracy.
Ability to identify and address slow-moving, excess, and obsolete (SLOB) inventory.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, conditional formulas, data cleaning; macros a plus) and Power BI reporting/dashboard skills.
Strong data integrity, attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration (production, procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, finance).
Working knowledge of quality standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements related to inventory.
Continuous improvement mindset (identify gaps, recommend and help implement process improvements).

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de Service bilingue qui sera le pilier de notre département de service à notre succursale de Pointe-Claire, QC. Vous serez responsable de la planification des techniciens, du suivi des bons de travail, de la gestion des inventaires et de la satisfaction de nos clients — tout en maintenant la rigueur et le professionnalisme sur lesquels notre département compte.
Ce n'est pas un rôle administratif passif. Vous serez impliqué(e), polyvalent(e) et indispensable.
Si vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en administration de bureau, une expérience concrète dans la planification de techniciens et la gestion de bons de travail, d'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, et que vous êtes parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais — nous voulons vous rencontrer!
Principales responsabilités:
Opérations et planification:
Créer et gérer les bons de travail pour les appels de service et assigner les techniciens en conséquence.
Créer des bons de commande pour les fournisseurs, sous-traitants, équipements et besoins techniques.
Planifier et coordonner les ressources pour les projets PMA et de construction.
Gestion des inventaires et des actifs:
Suivre, gérer et transférer les pièces, équipements et outils entre les différents entrepôts.
Surveiller les niveaux de stock des consommables et passer des commandes de réapprovisionnement de façon proactive.
Maintenir un inventaire précis des actifs techniques et gérer les calendriers d'étalonnage des équipements.
Surveiller les actifs appartenant aux fournisseurs et aux techniciens.
Facturation et documentation:
Examiner et résoudre les écarts de facturation dans les bons de travail et les bons de commande.
Aider avec les demandes de crédit pour les départements de service et de construction.
Maintenir des dossiers de projet bien organisés dans les lecteurs virtuels partagés.
Soutien administratif et service à la clientèle:
Accueillir les visiteurs, gérer les appels entrants et assurer le soutien administratif de première ligne.
Répondre aux demandes des clients, de l'équipe des ventes et des comptes fournisseurs.
Aider à certaines tâches légères d'entrepôt au besoin.
Veiller à ce que tous les travaux soient conformes aux normes de qualité ISO et aux procédures de conformité.
Exigences et compétences:
Une expérience dans un secteur connexe (construction, sécurité incendie, sûreté, etc.) est un atout important.
Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en administration de bureau.
Une expérience dans le secteur serait un atout.
Formation postsecondaire (diplôme technique ou universitaire).
Solides compétences informatiques (Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et esprit d'équipe.
Capacité à respecter des délais serrés.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Bon sens de l'organisation.
