Sommaire :
Le représentant ou la représentante du service à la clientèle interagira avec les clients de Mircom afin de répondre aux demandes concernant les produits et services, tout en maintenant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein basé à notre installation de Pointe-Claire, QC.
Principales responsabilités :
Traiter les demandes entrantes des clients de façon professionnelle, en assurant une résolution rapide et complète des problèmes tout en fournissant un service et un soutien de qualité, dans divers domaines incluant la facturation, les commandes d’impression et le soutien technique de base.
Recueillir efficacement les informations des clients, répondre à leurs besoins, les former lorsque pertinent afin de prévenir les contacts futurs, et documenter les interactions à l’aide d’un suivi des contacts.
Maintenir un équilibre entre la politique de l’entreprise et l’avantage du client dans la prise de décision, en veillant à ce que les situations soient gérées dans le meilleur intérêt des deux parties.
Rechercher continuellement des améliorations de processus afin d’améliorer l’expérience client.
Compiler et générer des rapports liés au service à la clientèle.
Agir comme ressource compétente pour les clients en fournissant des informations détaillées sur nos produits et services, et en facilitant l’ouverture de comptes de manière simple et efficace.
Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur de l’entreprise, défendre les besoins des clients et collaborer étroitement avec le gestionnaire du service à la clientèle afin d’assurer une excellence constante du service.
Fournir aux clients de l’assistance pour les vérifications de stocks et le soutien produit.
Réviser et libérer les commandes de la file d’attente logistique lorsque requis.
Participer à un développement professionnel continu par l’entremise d’une formation continue sur les produits et le service à la clientèle, et assumer toute autre responsabilité assignée par la direction.
S’assurer que le travail est effectué conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001 et aux procédures de conformité.
Exigences et compétences :
Capacité à travailler du lundi au vendredi au bureau situé à Pointe-Claire de 8 h 00 à 16 h 30 avec des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles.
Doit maîtriser l’anglais et le français.
2 ans et plus d’expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle ou de centre d’assistance.La formation postsecondaire est préférée.
Fort engagement envers la satisfaction de la clientèle, démontré par une passion pour l’excellence du service à la clientèle.
Capacité à communiquer clairement et professionnellement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.Attitude agréable, patiente et amicale.

Résumé:

Principales responsabilités:
Effectuer l’installation, la programmation, la vérification et l’inspection des systèmes d’alarme incendie, avoir accès aux systèmes de contrôle et d’interphone, ainsi qu’aux autres équipements de protection incendie;
Effectuer des inspections et assurer l’entretien des produits de Mircom et d’autres marques;
Remplir et envoyer les rapports d’inspection en temps opportun;
Fournir un soutien technique à la clientèle, au besoin;

Exigenceéts et compences:
Posséder de 3 à 5 anses: d'expérience à titre de technicien ou technicienne au sein de l’industrie d'alarme incendie;
Être titulaire d’un diplôme en électronique ou l’équivalent d’un collège ou d’une université reconnu(e) ou posséder une compétence professionnelle documentée et éprouvée;
Être inscrit(e) auprès de l'Association canadienne d'alarme incendie (ACAI) ou posséder une qualification comparable;
Parler couramment le français et l’anglais;
Connaître les systèmes de Mircom, considéré comme un atout;
Avoir des compétences avec Microsoft Word et Excel, considéré comme un atout;

Summary:
Under the PCB Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler will be responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, cutting leads and working with various hand tools to produce quality circuit boards. This role is a full time role, afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of solder joints, polarity, and placements of parts.
Repair of post wave solder boards and components.
Manually clipping component leads from electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto circuit boards as required.
Use torque drivers for installing parts onto circuit board for final assembly.
Ensuring proper manufacturing quantities are labeled as per job, including all labels on boards, information on finished goods, and quantities on post wave boxes.
Maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
All other duties as required.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Knowledge of electronic components and assembly is an asset.
Works well in a team setting.
Understand IPC specifications as related to PCB & Assembly manufacturing.
Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is helpful along with IPC -610.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), crouch, bend, walk and stand for long periods.

Summary:
As the Business Systems Manager, ERP, you will be Mircom’s subject matter expert and process authority for all ERP-enabled business functions. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of accountability and expertise for all ERP-supported business processes at Mircom.
Oversee the design, implementation, and continual optimization of end-to-end business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ensure comprehensive integration and alignment between business strategies, operational workflows, and the ERP platform across all departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, etc.)
Define, document, and maintain “best practice” business processes, standard operating procedures, and ERP configurations.
Drive process harmonization, consistency, and data integrity throughout the company.
Lead cross-departmental workshops to capture and analyze business needs, pain points, and future requirements.
Translate organizational strategy and department-level initiatives into scalable, system-enabled business processes.
Ensure that process changes, enhancements, and new features are well planned, communicated, and adopted with minimal business disruption.

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years’ experience managing ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) with direct responsibility for process optimization and alignmen.
2+ years leading business/system analyst teams within a process-driven, cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated experience governing enterprise business processes and overseeing process change at an organizational level.
Track record of successful ERP project delivery and business process transformation.
Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships (ERP support, integration partners, etc.)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or field services industries preferred.
Project management or business process certification is an asset.

Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices while ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and properly maintained. This role performs three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices prior to posting and works closely with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and receipts. The position also processes verified and approved non-PO invoices, posts freight invoices, and reconciles vendor accounts to ensure balances are accurate and issues are addressed promptly. In addition, the role maintains well-organized electronic and paper files, supports audit readiness through proper recordkeeping, and completes administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing physical mail. This is a 6-month contract position based at the company’s Head Office in Vaughan, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Process freight invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Match receiving documents with vendor invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Post purchase order (PO) invoices after verifying proper three-way matching (purchase order, receiving documentation, and invoice).
Collaborate with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or receipts.
Enter and process non-PO invoices after appropriate verification and approval.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate balances.
Maintain well-organized, accurate, and up-to-date electronic and paper files to support record retention and audit requirements.
Perform administrative duties, including sorting and distributing physical mail.
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
Approximately 1 year of experience in an accounts payable role.

Key Responsibilities:
Occassionally perform Programming, Verification and Inspection of fire alarm systems, access control and intercom systems, along with other fire protection equipment
Program to effectively navigate fire protection systems with our end users.
Conduct testing and evaluation of new products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct technical Lunch & Learn sessions to educate and inform clients on our products and services
Provide technical support to customers as needed
Provide operational training to end-users
Extend our service offerings to better meet customer needs
Collaborate with Engineering and Applications department to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and effective communication with clients
Address inquiries and resolve technical issues, while providing quality customer care
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all technical activities, including testing, verification, inspection and client interactions
Ensure our customers and end-users have a positive experience working with Mircom
Read and understand engineered drawings, specifications, programs, schematics, installation manuals, and service manuals
Requirements and Skills:
Possess a NICET Level 2 certification is an asset, or 3 to 5 years of fire alarm experience is preferred
Completion of high school and/or trade school
Proficient in Programming experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Thorough understanding of the high-rise market, including its unique challenges and code requirements

Summary:
The Manager, National Project Management is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and consistency of project delivery across all Canadian branch offices. Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Planning & Procurement, the Cost Accounting & Inventory Specialist is responsible for product costing and inventory control across multiple sites, supporting both financial and operational decision-making. This role focuses on accurate cost analysis, valuation, and reporting to ensure informed business decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies, optimize inventory health and ensure reliable financial reporting. This role requires strong cost accounting expertise alongside inventory management skills. This is a full time role based from our Head Office in Vaughan, ON

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Accounting & Analysis
Maintain and update product cost structures, including BOMs, labor, machine hours, overhead allocations, and landed costs for imported components.
Perform cost variance analysis between standard and actual costs; identify trends, risks, and root causes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and make-or-buy analyses using accurate cost data.
Prepare monthly inventory valuation, cost, and aging reports, providing actionable insights for management review.
Inventory Management
Monitor and control raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory across all warehouses and locations.
Track, analyze, and report on aging, excess, and slow-moving inventory; drive actions to reduce obsolete stock.
Validate inventory data through periodic warehouse and production floor visits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy of material usage, costing, and purchase prices.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO 9001 standards, and costing procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
ERP & Data Management
Utilize ERP systems (MS AX 2012, MS D365 Dynamics, or equivalent) to manage inventory and costing functions.
Audit, troubleshoot, and recommend improvements for ERP-based costing and inventory processes.
Maintain accuracy with large datasets and shifting priorities.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Analyze trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for both inventory and costing discrepancies.
Provide actionable insights through operational and financial reports for management decision-making.
Requirements and Skills:
College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
3–5 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory management, ideally in manufacturing (electronics experience an asset).
Strong cost accounting knowledge: standard costing, variance analysis, overhead allocation, and inventory valuation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Experience with ERP systems (MS AX 2012, MS D365 Dynamics, or equivalent) for inventory and costing functions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights.
APICS CPIM certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present financial and operational insights to management.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the preparation of detailed Computer Aided Design (HydroCAD) drawings to assure the efficient and effective placement of our products and systems
Assure that designs are consistent with required specifications and building code.
Applies experience and simple judgment to make decisions within defined options or standard protocols – follows through on issues
Create HydroCAD drawings from sketches, verbal instructions and/or sample parts.
Examine drawings and other engineering documentation to verify completeness and accuracy of data
Assist the engineering department in the development, evaluation process, and improvement of manufacturing methods within the plant facility.
Demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with Mircom’s Safety Program, OSHA, and EPA
Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Able to perform trigonometric mathematical and/or statistical operations regarding engineering product design and applications
Lead a team of 20
Skills and Qualificaions:
Related Degree with applicable experience.
Nicet certification I or II in Water Systems design is desirable.
Fire Protector Conractor License 1/2
2- 5 years related experience.
Leadership expereince
Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Hydrocad, and other drafting related software.
Proficient with typical Microsoft computer software
Related experience in the fire products business is a real plus.
Well organized with strong planning and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Quality orientation.
Able to organize multiple projects
