Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualificaions:
Related Degree with applicable experience.
Nicet certification I or II in Water Systems design is desirable.
Fire Protector Conractor License 1/2
2- 5 years related experience.

Proficient with AutoCAD, Hydrocad, and other drafting related software.
Proficient with typical Microsoft computer software

Summary:

Requirements and Skills:

5+ years of embedded firmware development experience, ideally in safety-critical or industrial environments.
Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with real-time operating systems, such as Quadros RTOS, FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX, or similar.
Familiarity with toolchains like Visual DSP, GNU C, STCube, and Code Composer.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a small Pick & Pack team, ensuring all orders are accurately pulled, packed, and shipped while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing cycle counts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The candidate will also be responsible for a mix of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilites:
Data entry-receive, track and allocate material into inventory or other warehouse locations
Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
Pick, pack, label and verify material for outbound shipments

Use online portals for data entry/courier shipping labels/Bill of Ladings (Ups-worldship, Fedex, other LTL carriers.)

Ensure work environment is clean, empty trash cans, replace trash liner, sweep work areas, and bathrooms, refill soap, paper towels in restrooms
Assist with receiving, packaging and shipping
Perform and oversee cycle count, report on overstock, shortages, damaged or missing goods

Oversee time keeping of employees
Report any Health & Safety issues
Operate power-jack/pallet jack/scale/dock plate used in daily movement of stock
Requirements & Skills:
Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent

Exigences et compétences:

Summary:
Reporting directly to the Director of US Sales, this regional role of Business Development Manager will identify and seize new business development opportunities to build a strong network of loyal partners and execute Mircom’s strategy. The sucessful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with Engineered Systems Distributors (ESDs). The Regional Business Development Manager will oversee the New England region and must reside within the indicated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Mircom’s strategic plans, while upholding Mircom’s values at all times.
Meet or exceed the territory’s revenue and customer targets.
Increase market share by seeking out new relationships through sales events, referrals, industry contacts, warm/cold face-to-face sales calls, collaboration with other team members on sales strategies and developing plans to convert potential customers.
Maintain current relationships by supporting/recommending customer service efforts, conducting follow up calls, profiling dealers, educating customers, engineers and keeping abreast of new developments in the industry.
Proactively drive market intelligence gathering, uncover opportunities in growth verticals, and deliver sales wins in these growth areas.
Assist in implementing training in technology, products, sales skills, project registration and other efforts.
Participate in industry events including trade shows/association programs.
Requirements and Skills:
1 to 3 years Sales Management Experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or similar field.
2+ years of experience in the Fire/Security or similar industry.
Self-motivator with proven organizational track record.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of PC based applications (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software would be an asset.
Possess a current valid driver’s license.
Hold a NICET certification is a bonus.
Technically proficient to review/discuss project plans.
Willingness to travel within the territory, including some overnight and air travel.
Must reside in one of the states within the territory

Summary:
Mircom Group of Companies is searching for a 1 mid level, and 1 senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning projects, perform on-site testing, on call service and scheduled service work on BAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Proper start-up and commissioning of projects assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Perform point-to-point checkout as per procedures, complete project commissioning documentation, download application software and perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system operation.
Perform on-site testing of the application programming and check on-line operation of the graphical user interface.
Maintain working as-built project drawings/documentation, archive project user files and perform warranty related service calls.
Coordinate with estimators and installation electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and as per code, standards and contract requirements.
Perform on call service and scheduled service work on BAS.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience with HVAC DDC / BAS controls products and tools with working knowledge of HVAC DDC/BAS control system installations, programming, graphical user interfaces, system integrations, start-up, checkout and commissioning.
3-10 years of experience in the controls industry including commissioning, software operation, calibration, field services and troubleshooting.
Previous experience on construction projects; knowledgeable in the construction contracting industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields
Knowledgeable in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
Knowledgeable in servers, network equipment and environments.
Able to interpret drawings, assist with estimation/design and implement projects and service contracts.
Obtain minimum security clearance and pass a criminal background check.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal, written and aural ability)
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
2-4 year technical degree plus technical training/certifications would be an asset
Experience with pneumatic controls and the Schneider BAS product line (Andover Continuum) would be preferred
Working Conditions:
Exposure to dust and the elements while working outside
Able to work at heights and remain in static positions and/or in confined spaces for duration of shift
Able to visit job construction hard hat areas, climb stairs, maneuver in and around pipe work and air ducts and work safely in close proximity to exposed line voltage and low voltage wiring and terminations.
Able to work flexible hours including some night shift work.

Summary:
Mircom is searching for a strong Senior Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of the Mircom service team, the Senior Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for performing advanced level inspections, installations, programming, and servicing fire alarm systems, access control systems, intercom systems, and associated Fire Protection equipment. Provide technical support to customers as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
5 years or more years of experience as a Service Technician within the Fire Alarm industry.
Electronics diploma or equivalent from accredited college/university or documented and demonstrated trade qualification.
Technicians shall have Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration.
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 70lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding.
Possess a valid and clean motor vehicle license (G License).
Knowledge of Mircom systems is an asset.
