Summary:
Under the PCB Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler will be responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, cutting leads and working with various hand tools to produce quality circuit boards. This role is a full time role, afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of solder joints, polarity, and placements of parts.
Repair of post wave solder boards and components.
Manually clipping component leads from electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto circuit boards as required.
Use torque drivers for installing parts onto circuit board for final assembly.
Ensuring proper manufacturing quantities are labeled as per job, including all labels on boards, information on finished goods, and quantities on post wave boxes.
Maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
All other duties as required.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Knowledge of electronic components and assembly is an asset.
Works well in a team setting.
Understand IPC specifications as related to PCB & Assembly manufacturing.
Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is helpful along with IPC -610.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), crouch, bend, walk and stand for long periods.

Requirements and Skills:
Technicians shall have 3-5 years of experience as a Service or Installation Technician within the Fire Sprinkler industry
NICET I / II certification or accumulated equivalent experience
Osha certification, apprentice certifications or other trade qualification would be an asset
Strong knowledge of industry codes (NFPA)
Excellent planning and organization skills
Must have valid driver’s license and pass a background check and drug test
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Aid with inquiries from various internal departments.
Manage digital assets in an organized, efficient manner.
Answer phone calls typically related to service requests, requests for quotations, reports, invoicing issues etc.
Check, organize and respond to email requests from clients, internal and partners/subcontractors.
Liaise between client, vendors, field staff & internal staff.
Light purchasing where required, ordering parts for field work.
Work with Service Manager to resolve higher level client issues, last minute changes to schedule and warranty issues.

Développement des processus de fabrication:

Inside Sales Support Representative-GTA

Summary:
Our Service department is currently looking for a qualified Inside Sales Support Representative who is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is based out of Head Office in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quotations on Deficiencies, System Upgrades, Moves, Adds & Changes for customers with technical accuracy and within company pricing guidelines.
Create sales orders and ensure all orders are entered efficiently and on a timely basis.
Manage and develop new and existing customer relationships.
Review customer status and credit limits.
Ensure customer information matches POs and quotes provided.
Enter orders accurately and on a timely basis.
Collaborate and coordinate with Warehouse for part orders and ensure that equipment is picked and sorted and ready for pick up.
Stay current in knowledge of life safety product features (including competitor technology), legislation, and regulations.
Attend trade shows, seminars and meetings that relate to the sales and marketing of the products/services.
Assist Sales Representative in generating and managing leads with a focus on sales and assigned customer accounts.
Assist Sales Representative with expediting sales orders, projects, and requests.
General office administration duties.
Schedule onsite meetings for Sales Representative.
Provide product and technical information to customers.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
1 to 3 years of similar working and industry experience preferred; experience in the fire alarm, security or electrical industry is considered an asset.
Post-secondary education.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point) would be an asset.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
