Sommaire :
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chef d’équipe – Assemblage de circuits imprimés / TMS hautement qualifié(e) et motivé(e) pour superviser et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de notre ligne d’assemblage de circuits imprimés. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience pratique des procédés de technologie de montage en surface (TMS), de solides compétences en leadership ainsi qu’un engagement envers la qualité et l’amélioration continue. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, basé à notre succursale de Pointe-Claire (QC).
Principales responsabilités :
Superviser et diriger une équipe d’opérateurs et de techniciens TMS dans l’assemblage de circuits imprimés.
Planifier, organiser et surveiller les activités de production quotidiennes afin d’atteindre les objectifs de rendement, de qualité et de livraison.
Assurer la mise en place, le fonctionnement et l’entretien adéquats des équipements TMS (ex. : machines de pose automatisée, fours de refusion, AOI, soudure sélective).
Dépanner les problèmes de procédé et d’équipement afin de minimiser les temps d’arrêt et d’améliorer l’efficacité.
Former et encadrer les membres de l’équipe sur les procédures d’assemblage, les protocoles de sécurité et les normes de qualité.
Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de qualité et de chaîne d’approvisionnement pour résoudre les problèmes de production et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus.
Maintenir des dossiers de production, rapports et documents précis.
Faire respecter les normes ESD, IPC ainsi que les politiques de l’entreprise.
Exigences et compétences :
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou baccalauréat en électronique, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en assemblage de circuits imprimés et en fabrication TMS, dont au moins 1 an dans un poste de supervision ou de chef d’équipe.
Excellente connaissance des procédés TMS, des équipements, de la retouche manuelle et des normes de contrôle de la qualité (IPC-A-610, ISO 9001).
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, en organisation et en communication.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique axé sur le travail d’équipe.
Maîtrise des logiciels de production et des outils Microsoft Office.
Atouts :
Expérience avec les procédés TMS, l’inspection et la retouche manuelle.
Expérience avec l’inspection optique automatisée (AOI), l’inspection par rayons X et l’inspection de pâte à souder (SPI).
Familiarité avec les principes de la fabrication Lean et Six Sigma.
Expérience avec un système ERP (ex. : D365, SAP, Oracle ou équivalent).

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the preparation of detailed Computer Aided Design (HydroCAD) drawings to assure the efficient and effective placement of our products and systems
Assure that designs are consistent with required specifications and building code.
Applies experience and simple judgment to make decisions within defined options or standard protocols – follows through on issues
Create HydroCAD drawings from sketches, verbal instructions and/or sample parts.

Summary:

Integrate and support communication protocols such as ARCNET, BACnet, RS-485, enabling reliable inter-module and external device communication.
Collaborate on the configuration and optimization of FX-4000 HAL, ANC-6000, and other modular hardware components.
Develop and maintain system-level diagnostics, annunciator mapping, and addressable loop integrations.
Debug complex firmware and hardware issues using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
Analyze and optimize system performance, timing determinism, and overall reliability across the FX-4000 architecture.
Work with graphical monitoring tools to validate and verify system integration.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the design of scalable, modular fire alarm solutions.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and support robust documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of embedded firmware development experience, ideally in safety-critical or industrial environments.
Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with real-time operating systems, such as Quadros RTOS, FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX, or similar.
Familiarity with toolchains like Visual DSP, GNU C, STCube, and Code Composer.
Strong understanding of the OSI model, especially application and data link layers.
Extensive experience with communication protocols such as ARCNET, BACnet, RS-485, RS-232, SPI, and Ethernet/IP.
Ability to interpret schematics and debug complex hardware/firmware interactions using lab instruments including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
