Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a small Pick & Pack team, ensuring all orders are accurately pulled, packed, and shipped while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing cycle counts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The candidate will also be responsible for a mix of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.
Note: Candidates must reside in the Western New York area, as this position is based out of our Niagara Falls, NY warehouse.
Key Responsibilites:
Data entry-receive, track and allocate material into inventory or other warehouse locations
Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
Pick, pack, label and verify material for outbound shipments
Answer phone calls, emails and respond in timely manner in regard to shipments, carrier pricing, transfers and sales team
Use online portals for data entry/courier shipping labels/Bill of Ladings (Ups-worldship, Fedex, other LTL carriers.)
Sort incoming RMA’s and work with RMA dept to create invoices/send to Head Office
Communicate discrepancies to appropriate locations, departments
Ensure work environment is clean, empty trash cans, replace trash liner, sweep work areas, and bathrooms, refill soap, paper towels in restrooms
Assist with receiving, packaging and shipping
Perform and oversee cycle count, report on overstock, shortages, damaged or missing goods
Perform timely report claims/damaged or missing material
Oversee time keeping of employees
Report any Health & Safety issues
Operate power-jack/pallet jack/scale/dock plate used in daily movement of stock
Requirements & Skills:
Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in any manufacturing or distribution industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Résumé:

Il dirige les activités d'assurance qualité, de contrôle, d'ingénierie et de résolution des problèmes afin de favoriser l'amélioration continue, la conformité et la satisfaction des clients. Ses responsabilités comprennent la supervision des processus de fabrication internes, la gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs, l'amélioration et le contrôle des processus, la réalisation d'audits internes et externes, l'analyse des données et des indicateurs clés de performance, la maintenance des systèmes ISO et des systèmes de qualité connexes, le soutien à l'introduction de nouveaux produits et la collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles. Principales responsabilités:
Gérer et suivre toutes les non-conformités (internes et externes), lancer et attribuer des demandes d'actions correctives (CAR), et surveiller le confinement, l'analyse des causes profondes et la réalisation des CAPA.
Réaliser et soutenir les inspections et les audits : produits entrants, en cours de fabrication et finis (y compris les audits FAI, les audits fournisseurs et les échantillonnages).
Se tenir prêt pour les audits internes et externes (ISO, UL/ULC, FM, USCG, etc.) ; planifier et mener des audits internes, recueillir des preuves, publier les conclusions et assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
Assister les organismes de réglementation et les agences de certification lors des audits et des visites sur site ; vérifier que la fabrication respecte les procédures approuvées et les calendriers de conformité.
Développer, maintenir et contrôler les procédures du système qualité ISO 9001 (QSP), la documentation qualité du site et les enregistrements.
Vérifier la conformité des marchandises reçues (par exemple, étiquettes réglementaires, pièces peintes, assemblages) par rapport aux dessins, aux nomenclatures et aux spécifications.
Collaborer avec les équipes de conception, de fabrication, de test et de chaîne d'approvisionnement pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité, mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus et soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits (NPI).
Examiner et soutenir les activités de modification technique (ECR, mises à jour des nomenclatures, dérogations temporaires à la conception) et les processus d'approbation des pièces (PPAP ou équivalent).
Analyser et rendre compte des indicateurs de qualité clés (rendement, rebuts, performances des fournisseurs, tendances CAR) et mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
Tenir à jour la documentation qualité et les systèmes de suivi (SharePoint, bases de données) et soutenir la formation ou le développement des compétences au sein du service qualité.

Sommaire :
Sous la supervision du superviseur de l’entrepôt, le préposé(e) à l’entrepôt sera responsable de l’entreposage, du déplacement, de la réception, de la conservation et de la préparation des matériaux, tout en offrant un service de la plus haute qualité à tous les clients. Le préposé(e) à l’entrepôt sera également responsable de la surveillance quotidienne de la sécurité physique dans l’entrepôt, du signalement de tout enjeu lié à la sécurité à la direction, ainsi que de toute autre tâche liée à l’entrepôt qui pourrait lui être assignée. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein basé à notre installation de Pointe-Claire, QC.
Principales responsabilités :
Imprimer/lire les bons de préparation à partir du système.
Suivre les procédures sur les bons de préparation RF ou les instructions verbales concernant les tâches à effectuer.
Prélever, préparer et déplacer les commandes des clients ainsi que le matériel connexe vers l’étape de vérification pour le processus d’expédition.
Utiliser un lecteur RF pour effectuer un décompte cyclique quotidien et signaler toute anomalie au superviseur.
Emballer les expéditions de façon sécuritaire sur des palettes, étiqueter et fournir les documents de transport, charger les camions.
Recevoir et entreposer tous les produits finis provenant de l’assemblage final ou des transporteurs, en temps opportun, en utilisant le système de lecteur RF.
S’assurer de l’exactitude des expéditions; confirmer que la quantité et le(s) numéro(s) de pièce sont exacts.
Trier le matériel par numéros de commande (PO) et traiter les commandes de contrôle qualité (QC).
Recevoir les matériaux dans le système et apposer la date et la signature sur les documents.
Aider le superviseur à surligner, recueillir et classer les documents.
Opérer l’équipement mobile de l’entrepôt, y compris les chariots élévateurs.
Trier les palettes et effectuer les vérifications d’inventaire.
Effectuer les contrôles de sécurité et la maintenance préventive; mettre à jour les registres lors de l’utilisation de la machinerie.
Maintenir en tout temps un espace de travail propre et organisé tout en respectant toutes les politiques et procédures de santé et sécurité.
S’assurer que le travail est effectué conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001 et aux procédures de l’entreprise.

Exigences et compétences :

Exigences et compétences:

Summary:
The Fire Alarm Systems Estimator will be responsible for estimating Fire Alarm System material and labour for projects which the Project Management Office (PMO) manage, regionally and/or nationally within Canada; this includes reviewing Consulting Engineers design drawings, Material take-off (either manually and/or using Procore), Bill of Material (BOM) creation, Labour (hours/cost) estimations for system Test and Inspection and Verification, Quote creation in AX. The Estimator will be required to review plans and confer with Sales Managers and Project Managers, if required, to provide a BOM and Quote for a complete and functional Fire Alarm system which meets the project specifications. The role is a full time permanent role based out of our office in Capital Federal, Buenos Aries Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales Managers and Project Managers to have a full understanding of the projects needs and requirements.
Review and understand Consulting Engineer drawings and designs for the Fire Alarm System.
Perform take-offs of design drawings, manually and/or by using Procore software, to provide accurate quantities of materials, and labour hours required for each project.
Employ problem-solving strategies and find solutions to product design issues.
Successfully meet deadlines for project quote submittals.
Ensure proper documentation of all work, organize, and maintain quotes and all supporting documents in a digital file database on the PMO SharePoint site for each project.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Post-secondary College Graduate in design or a related electronic Industry field is required.
Minimum 2 years of Life Safety Systems sales or technical experience.

Summary:
We are seeking an energetic PMA (Preventative Maintenance Agreement) Sales Representative with a proven sales record and a solid understanding of fire alarm, security, and telephone access systems. Key Responsibilities:

Summary:

Summary:
The General Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining sheet metal fabrication equipment to produce high‑quality components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. Résumé:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne techniquement compétente et axée sur le service à la clientèle pour soutenir notre gamme de produits en sécurité incendie et en systèmes de sécurité. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de diagnostiquer les problèmes liés à l’installation et à la production, de collaborer à la résolution des défis techniques et d’ingénierie, et de soutenir les équipes de ventes et d’installation afin d’assurer l’efficacité des produits. Vous répondrez aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et plateforme web, enregistrerez les cas de soutien à l’aide de Microsoft Dynamics AX, et escaladerez les problèmes non résolus au besoin. De plus, vous simulerez des problèmes terrain en environnement de laboratoire, documenterez vos observations, et offrirez des formations de certification technique afin d’aider les clients à utiliser efficacement nos produits de détection incendie et de communication. Il s'agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, basé dans notre établissement de Pointe-Claire, QC.
Principales responsabilités:
Offrir un soutien technique pour les équipements de sécurité incendie et les produits de sécurité.
Fournir un soutien en dépannage pour les installations et la production.
Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes techniques et d’ingénierie ayant un impact sur les ventes, l’installation ou l’utilisation des produits de sécurité incendie et de sécurité.
Identifier les problèmes de qualité des produits et les résoudre en suivant le processus d’escalade approprié.
Simuler des problèmes terrain dans le laboratoire de soutien technique et documenter les résultats.
Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et plateforme web concernant les produits de protection incendie et de sécurité de Mircom.
Consigner les demandes reçues ainsi que les solutions apportées dans Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Escalader aux départements concernés les problèmes qui ne peuvent être résolus directement par l’équipe.
Offrir des formations techniques de certification pour aider les clients à maîtriser l’utilisation des systèmes d’alarme-incendie, de communication et de leurs accessoires.
S'assurer que le travail est effectué conformément aux normes de qualité ISO 9001 et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
Exigences et compétences:
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en électronique, en génie électrique, en génie de la protection incendie ou dans un domaine technique connexe.
De 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en soutien technique ou en service sur le terrain, de préférence dans les domaines de la sécurité incendie, de la sécurité ou des systèmes de bâtiments.
Une expérience avec les systèmes d’alarme-incendie, les produits de communication ou les systèmes de sécurité est fortement souhaitée.
Excellentes compétences en dépannage et en diagnostic de systèmes électroniques et électromécaniques.
Bonne connaissance des pratiques d’installation pour les systèmes d’alarme-incendie et de sécurité.
Connaissance des codes et normes applicables aux systèmes d’alarme-incendie (ex. : NFPA, ULC, CSA) constitue un atout.
Maîtrise de l’utilisation d’équipements de laboratoire pour la simulation de problèmes et la validation technique.
Capacité à utiliser des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) comme Microsoft Dynamics AX pour consigner et suivre les demandes de soutien.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite pour répondre aux clients et donner des formations.
Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes de façon claire et accessible pour les clients.
Fort sens du service à la clientèle, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle et de prioriser efficacement.
Autonomie, sens de l’initiative et capacité à travailler de façon indépendante ou en équipe.
Maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit, requise.

Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will organize inventory, analyze incoming shipment information and supervise all related warehouse activities. The candidate will look after incoming parts for QC Inspection, will provide documentation of all shipments, look after the preventive maintenance of all equipment, instruments & machines. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for Health & Safety management. This role is a full time, permanent role located in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Vaughan facility to ensure all product sales orders are accurately picked and packed in a timely fashion.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
Record the location of inventory to ensure accurate tracking.
Ensure all materials are placed into the correct shelf locations.
Ensure warehouse shelves and materials are neatly organized.
Document all incoming shipments by recording units received.
Report any damage or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Perform complete inspections of all incoming shipments.
Ensure all company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines are followed by the warehouse team.
Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
Ensure packing slips are generated for billing purposes.
Create shipping labels and documents for product orders to the correct locations.
Receive POs and company transfer paperwork.
Responsible for safety management at the warehouse.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Identify, pull, pack, crate, load, and secure products for shipment.
Ensure all preparations are done efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
Ensure the warehouse is kept neat and tidy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven 1 to 3 years experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to analyze shipment information and document accurately.
Knowledge of safety management practices in a warehouse setting.
Proficient in maintaining and inspecting material-handling equipment.
Excellent time management and deadline-oriented approach.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using inventory management software and other related systems.
