Summary:
Mircom is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Billing Administrator with proven experience in handling all billing related activities. The Project Billing Administrator will report to the Billing Manager and work closely with the sales team. The successful candidate will be ale to demonstrate accurate billing through Progress Billings or as per contract agreements, while ensuring all project revenue and cost activities are accounted for in a timely manner. This is a full time permanent role based out of head office in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Manually enter sales orders.
Manually create projects in the system in a timely manner.
Create Purchase Orders (PO) for sub-contractors and upon job completion receive the sub-contractors’ invoices and close PO for billing.
Process updates to scope, budget, ensuring the project is organized, while correctly maintaining all information and documentation.
Ensure on time project billing and overview project cost spend and customer billing.
Track and monitor budgeted labour hours.
Resolve issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions, including Accounts Receivable.
Create credit notes as required.
Meet monthly billing targets and deadlines given by Billing Manager.
Produce various ad hoc reports and metrics as required.
Maintain constant communication with Project Managers, Sales Reps, project Coordinators, and other internal teams to collect information, and clarify project details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure projects remain accurate and on track.
Update Billing Manager regarding any inconsistencies or challenges.
Assist Billing Manager with other duties as required.
Requirements and Skills:
Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college in accounting or finance.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of authority within an organization.
Strong work-ethic.
Minimum 1 + years’ of billing experience.
Proven ability to prioritize project-related tasks efficiently and manage multiple billings deadlines.
Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
Detail oriented with strong administrative and organizations skill.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to work 9:30am till 6:00pm shift.

Summary:
Mircom Group of Companies is searching for a 1 mid level, and 1 senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning projects, perform on-site testing, on call service and scheduled service work on BAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Proper start-up and commissioning of projects assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Perform point-to-point checkout as per procedures, complete project commissioning documentation, download application software and perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system operation.

Maintain working as-built project drawings/documentation, archive project user files and perform warranty related service calls.

Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience with HVAC DDC / BAS controls products and tools with working knowledge of HVAC DDC/BAS control system installations, programming, graphical user interfaces, system integrations, start-up, checkout and commissioning.
3-10 years of experience in the controls industry including commissioning, software operation, calibration, field services and troubleshooting.
Previous experience on construction projects; knowledgeable in the construction contracting industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields
Knowledgeable in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
Knowledgeable in servers, network equipment and environments.
Able to interpret drawings, assist with estimation/design and implement projects and service contracts.
Obtain minimum security clearance and pass a criminal background check.

Summary:

Summary:

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and collaborate with Low Voltage Integrators to promote sales through wholesale distributors.
Provide ongoing support and sales enablement to existing distributors to ensure continued success and growth.
Conduct Lunch & Learn sessions and presentations to the Architectural & Engineering (A&E) community to promote Mircom products, enhance product specification, and increase brand visibility.
Work closely with distributors to establish strong networks, share leads, and develop joint sales strategies.Attend and actively participate in industry trade association meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent Mircom and generate business opportunities.
Conduct joint sales calls with distributors to engage with developers, management companies, and end-users to drive project opportunities.

Requirements and Skills:
College Diploma or University Degree preferred

Exigences et compétences:
