Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will organize inventory, analyze incoming shipment information and supervise all related warehouse activities. The candidate will look after incoming parts for QC Inspection, will provide documentation of all shipments, look after the preventive maintenance of all equipment, instruments & machines. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for Health & Safety management. This role is a full time, permanent role located in Pointe Claire, QC and the candidate will be working in our Pointe Claire facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Pointe Claire warehouse team (5 warehouse associates) to ensure all product sales orders are accurately picked and packed in a timely fashion.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
Record the location of inventory to ensure accurate tracking.
Ensure all materials are placed into the correct shelf locations.
Ensure warehouse shelves and materials are neatly organized.
Document all incoming shipments by recording units received.
Report any damage or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Perform complete inspections of all incoming shipments.
Ensure all company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines are followed by the warehouse team.
Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
Ensure packing slips are generated for billing purposes.
Create shipping labels and documents for product orders to the correct locations.
Receive POs and company transfer paperwork.
Responsible for safety management at the warehouse.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Identify, pull, pack, crate, load, and secure products for shipment.
Ensure all preparations are done efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
Ensure the warehouse is kept neat and tidy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO9001 Quality Standards & Compliance Procedures.
Requirements & Skills:
Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven 1 to 3 years experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to analyze shipment information and document accurately.
Knowledge of safety management practices in a warehouse setting.
Proficient in maintaining and inspecting material-handling equipment.
Excellent time management and deadline-oriented approach.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Summary:
Mircom is searching for a qualified Team Lead, for final assembly who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production staff to ensure all finished products meet established quality standards for the afternoon shift. This role will monitor quality across all manufactured products and perform inspections, tests, and sampling of materials, parts, and products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. This is a full time, in person role based out of head office in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide production activities.
Monitor operations to ensure they meet established production and quality standards.
Oversee the quality of incoming and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Recommend and implement adjustments to assembly or production processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Identify and remove products and materials that fail to meet required specifications.
Ensure employees complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and managers to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Support and coach employees in reaching performance and production goals.
Track material, tools, and inventory needs to support uninterrupted production.
Oversee final assembly and packaging to ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade training in manufacturing, quality, or engineering is an asset.
5 to 10 years of production assembly experience, preferrably in electronics.
Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality control environment (supervisory experience an asset).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Solid understanding of production processes, quality standards, and inspection methods.
Experience monitoring operations and implementing process adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and non-conformances.
Knowledge of basic safety regulations and best practices; commitment to safe work procedures.

Summary:
Mircom is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for our Edmonton office with proven experience in handling all types of service and construction related activities. We are searching for an individual with high level customer service, organizational, problem solving & time management skills. The Service Coordinator will report to the Service Manager and work closely with various other departments, coordinators, partners & clients. This role is a full time role, based out of our Edmonton Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dynamic technician schedule.
Work as a team with other coordinators to efficiently manage the daily work of approximately 25 technicians.
Create & process various internal documents with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor inventory and coordination of parts, tools/equipment & other assets to help set our field staff up for success.
Accurately perform internal inventory adjustments.
Monitor consumable stock levels and place restock orders as necessary.
Assist with reviewing documents for billing issues, hours, variances, etc.
Review in a timely manner all technician work orders, ensuring speedy delivery of client quotations, invoicing and further work where required.
Aid with inquiries from various internal departments.
Manage digital assets in an organized, efficient manner.
Answer phone calls typically related to service requests, requests for quotations, reports, invoicing issues etc.
Check, organize and respond to email requests from clients, internal and partners/subcontractors.
Liaise between client, vendors, field staff & internal staff.
Light purchasing where required, ordering parts for field work.
Work with Service Manager to resolve higher level client issues, last minute changes to schedule and warranty issues.
Requirements and Skills:
College Diploma or university degree preferred.
3 or more years coordination experience preferred.
Experience in the Fire Protection industry would be considered an asset.
Strong computer/administrative skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, etc.).

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
