Summary:

Reporting to our National Manager of Project Management, the Project Coordinator will support the Project Management and Sales Team. The candidate will maintain and supervise product material reservation and shipments of projects and coordinate back to customer and project support teams. Furthermore, the candidate will keep material delivery dates organized by performing routine follow-ups to ensure material deliveries in a timely fashion. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize projects according to direction from Project Managers and/or Account Managers. As well as maintaining an organized workflow to execute dating, reserving, backorders and releasing product.
  • Maintaining personal reporting to advise and update Project Managers and/or Account Managers regarding ongoing projects.
  • Work with Project Administrators to coordinate project invoicing and billing through completion.
  • Coordinate RMAs as required.
  • Coordinate shipping of material and transfers ensuring product is delivered in a timely manner based on project requirements.
  • Work with other departments and branches to obtain inventory or order holds.
  • Update Customer with shipping details and provide tracking information. 
  • Other administrative activities as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  • College Diploma or equivalent
  • Program related to manufacturing electronics is considered an asset
  • 1 to 3 years of prior project coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with clear oral and written communication abilities
  • Proficient Microsoft Dynamics AX software experience 
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
