Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving double-digit annual growth and expanding Mircom’s market share across the United States. This will be achieved through the execution of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on cultivating strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating sales through short, mid, and long-term objectives within the fire detection and security markets.The RSM will lead sales and business development initiatives through Mircom’s distribution network while fostering demand within the distribution channel. The assigned territory covers the Southern United States, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, with a primary focus on supporting and expanding regional distributor partnerships. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand market coverage and sales opportunities.

Engage and collaborate with Low Voltage Integrators to promote sales through wholesale distributors.

Provide ongoing support and sales enablement to existing distributors to ensure continued success and growth.

Conduct Lunch & Learn sessions and presentations to the Architectural & Engineering (A&E) community to promote Mircom products, enhance product specification, and increase brand visibility.

Work closely with distributors to establish strong networks, share leads, and develop joint sales strategies.Attend and actively participate in industry trade association meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent Mircom and generate business opportunities.

Conduct joint sales calls with distributors to engage with developers, management companies, and end-users to drive project opportunities.

Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships across markets and within vertical industries to expand overall market share and presence.
Requirements and Skills:
- College Diploma or University Degree preferred

Proven 1 to 3 years of wholesale experience in fire detection or security sales or a related field.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributor and integrator partners.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region for customer visits, presentations, and industry events.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and networking skills.
