Résumé du poste :

L'ingénieur de test AQ dirigera et supervisera le test et l'évaluation du matériel et des logiciels pour les systèmes en temps réel, intégrés, de communication et de sécurité des personnes de l'entreprise. Principales responsabilités :
Travailler avec l'équipe de conception des produits pour documenter et mettre en œuvre les exigences.
Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans d'essai pour les produits standard développés par le département d'ingénierie de l'entreprise.
Élaborer et maintenir des méthodologies et des pratiques d'essai qui permettront d'évaluer de manière efficace et efficiente les conceptions matérielles et logicielles nouvelles et actualisées.
Tester et évaluer le matériel et les logiciels pour les produits et systèmes nouveaux et mis à jour dans le cadre du processus d'essai et d'assurance de la qualité du département d'ingénierie.
Préparer des rapports d'essai sur les projets qui lui sont confiés et collaborer avec les concepteurs du département pour aider à résoudre les problèmes techniques révélés par les essais.
Faire office d'autorité au sein du département en ce qui concerne les exigences du code et les méthodes d'essai relatives aux produits répertoriés ULC et UL.
Fournir des orientations et un soutien afin que le laboratoire d'ingénierie dispose des outils, de l'équipement et du matériel nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences d'essais en cours et à venir.
Établir et soutenir les normes techniques élevées que l'on attend du leader de l'industrie.
Diriger l'identification, la définition et la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus, politiques, pratiques, normes et outils afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, les capacités et les aptitudes du département d'ingénierie.
Signaler immédiatement à la direction générale toute déficience des systèmes, des installations, des machines, des équipements et/ou des outils.
Enregistrer et/ou signaler à la direction les dommages causés aux produits ou les cas de non-conformité, le cas échéant.
Se conformer aux politiques et procédures d'assurance de la qualité.
Participer et contribuer à l'efficacité de la production.
Exigences et compétences :
Bonne connaissance pratique des méthodologies et pratiques d'essai actuelles dans un environnement moderne de fabrication/de laboratoire
Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine des essais de matériel et de logiciels, en utilisant une grande variété de technologies et d'équipements d'essai actuels dans un environnement de contrôle des processus en temps réel
Excellente connaissance des différents codes et normes qui régissent le secteur des alarmes incendie
Bonne connaissance pratique des procédures de sécurité et des précautions à prendre pour travailler avec des équipements électriques
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé, capacité à rédiger des rapports d'essai clairs, précis et complets
L'ingénieur d'essai doit être capable de travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de supervision, tout en étant capable de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe. Le titulaire doit faire preuve de compétences pour aider à définir les exigences du produit et identifier et éliminer les défis ou problèmes techniques susceptibles d'entraver l'approbation (inscription), le lancement et l'utilisation réussis des produits et systèmes de l'entreprise

Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. Your role will involve reviewing engineering specifications and mechanical drawings to estimate the cost of completing a BAS installation or retrofit. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our sales process by providing accurate cost estimates for various projects. The Estimator will work closely with the operation manager and sales team and site walk through to ensure that all estimates are accurate and competitive. The Mircom BAS operation group is an energy-focused Build Automation System (BAS) provider based in the city of Vaughan, Ontario. We specialize in the design, implementation and service of Schneider Electric Eco-Struxure BAS systems & Mircom OpenBAS with Niagara Jace BAS systems. From new installations, retrofits and preventive maintenance, Mircom BAS Group is a full-service BAS provider for our customers across the GTA and Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and summarize engineering specifications and drawings for the sales team
Prepare detailed cost estimates for BAS projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Identify potential issues with mechanical drawings & engineering scope and propose amendments
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant data for accurate estimating.
Identify site constraints that may have impact on the cost of implementation
Demonstrate a high level of ownership and communication on project
Assist with shop drawings
Requirements and Skills:
A degree or certificate in mechanical systems, building automation, electrical systems or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
3+ years of Mechanical and Building Automation estimation experience is a requirement
Proven experience in mechanical/HVAC estimating or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.

Résumé:
L'expéditeur/réceptionnaire de l'entrepôt sera chargé d'assurer la précision et la continuité des expéditions sortantes et de la réception/du traitement des expéditions entrantes. L'expéditeur/réceptionnaire d'entrepôt doit charger et décharger régulièrement des expéditions et être capable de soulever des charges lourdes de manière répétitive. Summary:

Summary:

Responsibilities:

Review and understand Consulting Engineer drawings and designs for the Fire Alarm System
Perform take-offs of design drawings, manually and/or by using Procore software, to provide accurate quantities of materials, and labour hours required for each project

Summary:
Reporting to our National Manager of Project Management, the Project Coordinator will support the Project Management and Sales Team. Summary:
The Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for Fire, Communication, Automation and related smart building products. The successful candidate will be responsible for verification and stability testing of our products, and additionally will have to perform pre-certification testing for regulatory bodies such as U.L., U.L.C, FM, and CSFM.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test strategies and procedures for design verification of networked fire alarm control panels and system configuration tools.
Develop documentation of test procedures and regression test plans.
Perform features, functions, stability, and regression testing of products.
Design, implement, and manage own lab test networks.
Coordinate testing activities with the rest of the QA test group as well as with the Product Developers.
Assist in reproducing customers’ issues in the QA lab.
Provide feedback to developers to improve the usability of the products.
Requirements and Skills:
Mininum 2+ years of QA test experience. (or related experience).
Strong working knowledge of wired and wireless networking protocols.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking equipment setup and operation.
Working knowledge of cloud based software.
Ability to use network protocol analyzers for troubleshooting and analysis of networking and communications issues.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Summary:
