Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with Mircom’s customers to address inquiries regarding products and services, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent role based out of our Head Office in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough issue resolution while providing quality service and support in various areas including billing, print orders, and basic technical support.
Efficiently gather customer information, fulfill their needs, educate when applicable to prevent future contacts, and document interactions through contact tracking.
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making, ensuring issues are handled in the best interest of both parties.

Compile and generate reports related to customer service.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing detailed information about our products and services, and facilitating account openings with ease.
Act as the company's ambassador, advocating for customer needs and collaborating closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure consistent service excellence.
Provide customer assistance with Stock checks and product support.
Review and release orders from the logistics queue when required.
Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing product and customer service training, and embrace any additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to work from Monday to Friday in office located in Vaughan from 9:30am – 6:00pm with occasional overtime and holidays.
2+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity.
Post-secondary education preferred.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated through a passion for excellence in customer care.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Résumé:
Le ou la Chef d’équipe – entrepôt sera responsable d’organiser l’inventaire, d’analyser les informations liées aux expéditions entrantes et de superviser l’ensemble des activités liées à l’entrepôt. Principales responsabilités:
Superviser l’équipe de l’entrepôt de Pointe-Claire (composée de 5 préposés à l’entrepôt) afin de s’assurer que toutes les commandes de vente de produits soient préparées et emballées avec précision et dans les délais.
Maintenir l’inventaire en identifiant, étiquetant et rangeant les matériaux et fournitures en stock.
Consigner l’emplacement de l’inventaire afin d’assurer un suivi précis.
S’assurer que tous les matériaux sont placés aux bons endroits sur les étagères.
Veiller à ce que les étagères de l’entrepôt et les matériaux soient bien rangés.
Consigner toutes les expéditions reçues en enregistrant les unités reçues.
Rapporter tout dommage ou toute anomalie au gestionnaire de l’entrepôt.
Effectuer des inspections complètes de toutes les livraisons entrantes.
S’assurer que l’équipe de l’entrepôt respecte toutes les politiques de l’entreprise, les procédures opérationnelles normalisées ainsi que les consignes de santé et sécurité.
Consigner les expéditions de produits en enregistrant les unités expédiées.
S’assurer que les bordereaux d’expédition sont générés à des fins de facturation.
Créer les étiquettes d’expédition et la documentation pour acheminer les commandes aux bons endroits.
Réceptionner les bons de commande (BC) et les documents de transfert internes.
Assurer la gestion de la sécurité dans l’entrepôt.
Veiller à ce que toutes les consignes de santé et sécurité soient strictement suivies.
Entretenir l’équipement de manutention en effectuant des inspections avant utilisation.
Vérifier que l’équipement est en bon état et signaler tout problème sans délai.

Summary:
Mircom is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for a six (6) month contract with proven experience in handling all service and construction related activities. The Service Coordinator will report to the Manager and work closely with the service and sales team. With that, from time to time, they will assist with light Warehouse duties as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders for various Service department requirements (i.e., vendors, subcontractors, equipment, tech requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

Sommaire:
Relevant au chef d’équipe et au superviseur du département des PCB, l’opérateur/opératrice à l’assemblage et à l’inspection visuelle post-vague est responsable de l’inspection visuelle, du soudage manuel, de la coupe de pattes, ainsi que de l’utilisation de divers outils manuels pour produire des assemblages de circuits imprimés (PCB) de haute qualité. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans l’assurance de la qualité des produits et la satisfaction des clients. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, sur le quart de soir, basé à notre installation de Pointe-Claire (QC).
Responsabilités principales:
Inspecter les joints de soudure, la polarité des pièces et le positionnement des composants.
Réparer les cartes et composants soudés après le bain de soudure (post-vague).
Couper les pattes des composants sur les cartes électroniques.
Souder manuellement les composants sur les cartes, selon les instructions de travail.
Utiliser des tournevis dynamométriques pour installer des pièces lors de l’assemblage final.
S’assurer que tous les travaux sont correctement étiquetés, avec les bonnes quantités et la documentation requise.
Entretenir et nettoyer l’équipement de soudure et de dessoudage.
Maintenir son poste de travail propre et bien organisé.
Informer le superviseur ou le chef d’équipe de toute situation anormale.
Proposer des suggestions pour l’amélioration continue.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Manutentionnaire pour soutenir la production et la distribution des produits en prélevant les commandes de l’inventaire, en livrant les matériaux et fournitures nécessaires à la production, et en préparant les produits finis. Principales responsabilités :

Summary:

Summary:

Summary:

Summary:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations or data management.

Summary:
The Fire Alarm Systems Estimator will be responsible for estimating Fire Alarm System material and labour for projects which the Project Management Office (PMO) manage, regionally and/or nationally within Canada; this includes reviewing Consulting Engineers design drawings, Material take-off (either manually and/or using Procore), Bill of Material (BOM) creation, Labour (hours/cost) estimations for system Test and Inspection and Verification, Quote creation in AX. The Estimator will be required to review plans and confer with Sales Managers and Project Managers, if required, to provide a BOM and Quote for a complete and functional Fire Alarm system which meets the project specifications. The role is a full time permanent role based out of our office in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales Managers and Project Managers to have a full understanding of the projects needs and requirements
Review and understand Consulting Engineer drawings and designs for the Fire Alarm System
Perform take-offs of design drawings, manually and/or by using Procore software, to provide accurate quantities of materials, and labour hours required for each project
Employ problem-solving strategies and find solutions to product design issues
Successfully meet deadlines for project quote submittals
Ensure proper documentation of all work, organize, and maintain quotes and all supporting documents in a digital file database on the PMO SharePoint site for each project
Provide assistance to the Project Manager in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures
Requirements and Skills:
Post-secondary College Graduate in design or a related electronic Industry field is required
Minimum 2 years of Life Safety Systems sales or technical experience
Strong understanding of the Life Safety industry codes and standards
Proven analytical skills and the ability to identify customer needs and the ability to effectively communicate them required
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong presentation, oratory, and written skills
Demonstrated ability to finish multiple projects on time and scale
Computer literate, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Adobe Products and Dynamics AX ERP
Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts

Requirements and Skills:
Technicians shall have 3-5 years of experience within the Fire Alarm industry
Electronics diploma or equivalent from accredited college/university or documented and demonstrated trade qualification
Technicians shall have Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or comparable qualification
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 70lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding
Possess a valid and clean motor vehicle license
Knowledge of Mircom systems is an asset
Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the storage, movement, receiving, preserving and staging of materials, while providing the highest quality of service to all customers. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of physical security in the warehouse, reporting of all security-related issues to management and any other warehouse functions that may be assigned. Responsibilities:
Print/Read picking slips from the system.
Follow procedures on RF picking slips or verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Pick, prepare and move customer orders and related material to checking stage for shipping process.
Use an RF scanner to perform a cycle count daily and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor.
Package shipments securely on pallets, label and provide transportation documents, load trucks.
Receive and store all finished goods from final assembly or delivery carriers in a timely manner using the RF scanner system.
Ensure the accuracy of shipments; confirm the quantity and part number(s) are accurate.
Sort out material by POs and process QC orders.
Receive materials in the system and stamp paperwork with date and signature.
Assist Supervisor with highlighting, collecting, and filing paperwork.
Operate warehouse mobile equipment including forklifts.
Sort pallets and perform inventory checks.
Perform safety checks and preventive maintenance; update logs when machinery is used.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times while adhering to all health and safety policies/procedures.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance procedures.
Perform any other related duties as required by the Supervisor.
Requirements and Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.
Three years’ of experience as a warehouse associate is an asset.
Forklift Safety Training Certificate required.
Comfortable working in a computer based work environment including Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 75Ibs frequently.
Work requires walking, sitting, standing, bending/crouching, reaching, climbing ladders.
Able to be detail oriented following precise instructions when processing orders.
Knowledgeable of all shipping/receiving procedures applicable in Canada, USA and Internationally.
Experience using RF scanners preferred.
