Résumé:
Le technicien principal de service est un membre clé de l’équipe de service de Mircom et est responsable d’effectuer des vérifications de niveau avancé, des inspections, des installations, de la programmation, du dépannage et de l’entretien des systèmes d’alarme incendie, des systèmes de contrôle d’accès, des systèmes d’interphone et des équipements connexes de sécurité des personnes. Ce poste exige une solide expertise technique, la capacité d’interpréter une documentation technique complexe ainsi qu’un engagement à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Le technicien principal travaille avec des systèmes Mircom et non Mircom, offre de la formation opérationnelle aux utilisateurs finaux et veille à la conformité avec tous les codes et normes applicables. Le rôle comprend également des responsabilités de leadership, notamment le mentorat des techniciens juniors, le partage des meilleures pratiques et le soutien au développement global de l’équipe. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein basé à notre succursale de Pointe-Claire, Québec.
Principales responsabilités:
Effectuer la programmation, la vérification et l’inspection des systèmes d’alarme incendie, des systèmes de contrôle d’accès et des systèmes d’interphone.
Effectuer les inspections et l’entretien des produits Mircom et non Mircom.
Compléter et remettre les rapports d’inspection dans les délais requis.
Fournir du soutien technique ainsi que de la formation opérationnelle aux clients et aux utilisateurs finaux, au besoin.
Offrir de la formation opérationnelle aux utilisateurs finaux.
Veiller à ce que les clients et les utilisateurs finaux aient une expérience positive avec Mircom.
Lire et comprendre les plans d’ingénierie, les devis, les programmes, les schémas, les manuels d’installation et les manuels de service.
Encadrer et guider les techniciens juniors; partager les meilleures pratiques.
Soutenir le développement de l’équipe et contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
Exigenceéts et Compences:
Les techniciens doivent posséder de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en tant que technicien de service dans l’industrie des systèmes d’alarme incendie.
Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience comme technicien de service dans l’industrie des alarmes incendie, avec une connaissance approfondie du CNB 2015 et 2020 (Québec), ainsi que des normes ULC S537 et ULC S536.
Diplôme en électronique ou équivalent d’un collège ou d’une université accréditée, ou qualification professionnelle reconnue et démontrée.
Les techniciens doivent détenir une certification de l’Association canadienne d’alarme incendie (ACAI/CFAA) ou une qualification équivalente.
Capacité de communiquer en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Capacité de soulever de l’équipement et des outils jusqu’à 70 lb et de travailler en hauteur (échelles et échafaudages).
Détenir un permis de conduire valide et sans dossier défavorable (classe 5).
La connaissance des systèmes Mircom est un atout.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel est un atout.

Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for Communication, Security, and Access Control products. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and testing the stability of our products and will also perform pre-certification testing for regulatory bodies such as UL, ULC, FCC, and CSFM. Responsibilities:
Develop test strategies and procedures for design verification of networked communication, access control and cloud-based monitoring and configuration systems.
Develop documentation of test procedures and regression test plans.
Perform features, functions, stability, and regression testing of products.
Design, implement, and manage own lab test networks.
Coordinate testing activities with the rest of the QA test group as well as with the Product Developers.
Assist in reproducing customers’ issues in the QA lab.
Provide feedback to developers to improve the usability of the products.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Diploma in electronics or electro-mechanical related technology.

Summary:
Under the PCB Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler will be responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, cutting leads and working with various hand tools to produce quality circuit boards.This is a full time role based from our facility in Vaughan, ON
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of solder joints, polarity, and placements of parts.
Repair of post wave solder boards and components.
Manually clipping component leads from electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto circuit boards as required.
Use torque drivers for installing parts onto circuit board for final assembly.
Ensuring proper manufacturing quantities are labeled as per job, including all labels on boards, information on finished goods, and quantities on post wave boxes.
Maintaining a clean workspace at all times.

Summary:
Mircom is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for a six (6) month contract with proven experience in handling all service and construction related activities. The Service Coordinator will report to the Manager and work closely with the service and sales team. With that, from time to time, they will assist with light Warehouse duties as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders for various Service department requirements (i.e., vendors, subcontractors, equipment, tech requirements).

Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will organize inventory, analyze incoming shipment information and supervise all related warehouse activities. The candidate will look after incoming parts for QC Inspection, will provide documentation of all shipments, look after the preventive maintenance of all equipment, instruments & machines. Document all incoming shipments by recording units received.

Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
Ensure packing slips are generated for billing purposes.
Create shipping labels and documents for product orders to the correct locations.
Receive POs and company transfer paperwork.
Responsible for safety management at the warehouse.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

Summary:
Reporting to the PCB Team Leader and Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler is responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, lead trimming, and working with various hand tools to produce high-quality PCB assemblies. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction This is a full time permanent role, afternoon shift, based in our Pointe Claire,QC facility.
Key Responsibilites:
Inspect solder joints, part polarity, and component placement.
Repair post-wave soldered boards and components.
Trim component leads on electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto boards as per work instructions.
Use torque drivers to install parts during final assembly.
Ensure all jobs are properly labeled, with correct quantities and required documentation.
Maintain and clean soldering and de-soldering equipment.
Keep immediate work area in clean and orderly condition.
Advise Supervisor or Lead Hand of any abnormal conditions.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Order Fulfillment teams.
Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and compliance.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is an asset.
