Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions for TX3 and Secutron fire products.
Develop training schedules and manage an online learning center.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
College Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications such as NFPA are considered an asset.
3–5 years minimum of experience in a bi-lingual training role, ideally within security systems, fire alarm, or life safety industries.
Strong expertise in designing and delivering technical & “hands-on” training programs, via the use of AI software utilizing adult learning principles for diverse audiences. This includes the development of one-sheet Job Aids, Student Workbooks, development of advanced Quiz and in-class exercises.
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead training sessions and bridge communication between cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, production, QA, engineering).
In-depth technical knowledge of TX3 and if possible also fire product lines, including hardware and software, to troubleshoot escalated issues effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and strong ability to work independently or collaboratively.
High attention to detail in documentation is a must. If applicable, please showcase samples of training materials created in interview.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), AI-driven training content development tools, AI-driven video production tools and other training technologies.
Ability to design demo panels and create comprehensive application guides for TX3 products.
Experience supporting product roadmap development and assisting sales teams with RFQs.

Summary:
The Manager, National Project Management is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and consistency of project delivery across all Canadian branch offices. Aid with inquiries from various internal departments.
Manage digital assets in an organized, efficient manner.
Answer phone calls typically related to service requests, requests for quotations, reports, invoicing issues etc.
Check, organize and respond to email requests from clients, internal and partners/subcontractors.
Liaise between client, vendors, field staff & internal staff.
Light purchasing where required, ordering parts for field work.

Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will organize inventory, analyze incoming shipment information and supervise all related warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities:

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all contract obligations, including expiry dates, extensions, variations, and certificates (e.g., COI, WSIB, business licenses, safety policies, and insurance). Collaborate with HR as needed. Summary:
Reporting to the PCB Team Leader and Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler is responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, lead trimming, and working with various hand tools to produce high-quality PCB assemblies. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction This is a full time permanent role, afternoon shift, based in our Pointe Claire,QC facility.
Key Responsibilites:
Inspect solder joints, part polarity, and component placement.
Repair post-wave soldered boards and components.
Trim component leads on electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto boards as per work instructions.
Use torque drivers to install parts during final assembly.
Ensure all jobs are properly labeled, with correct quantities and required documentation.
Maintain and clean soldering and de-soldering equipment.
Keep immediate work area in clean and orderly condition.
Advise Supervisor or Lead Hand of any abnormal conditions.
Offer suggestions for continual improvement.

Requirements & Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a small Pick & Pack team, ensuring all orders are accurately pulled, packed, and shipped while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing cycle counts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
