Role Summary:
The Engineering Department Administrator is a progressive role that centralizes operational and coordination activities supporting engineering leadership across hiring, project coordination, documentation control, and execution. This position consolidates responsibilities previously distributed across multiple coordinators to improve efficiency and accountability.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Engineering Hiring & Talent Coordination
Coordinate candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, and tracking
Maintain structured evaluation tables and feedback collection
Support job postings, HR coordination, and onboarding
2. Intern & Resource Planning Coordination
Track intern onboarding, assignments, and project allocation
Maintain visibility into resources, supervisors, and timelines
Follow up with engineering managers for alignment
3. Engineering Documentation & Data Management
Maintain SharePoint document repositories
Ensure proper storage of engineering documents (schematics, BOMs, PDFs) in ERP environment
Enforce document control standards
4. Project & Operational Coordination
Track tasks, action items, and project timelines
Support status reporting and stakeholder updates
Coordinate across engineering and product teams
5. Administrative Support to Engineering Leadership
Prepare reports, summaries, and coordination materials
Manage approvals and HR-related documentation
Act as liaison between Engineering, HR, Product, and Operations
6. Procurement & Transactional Support
Support invoice preparation and submission
Assist with project documentation and procurement workflow
7. Engineering Process Support
Standardize workflows across hiring, documentation, and projects
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a small Pick & Pack team, ensuring all orders are accurately pulled, packed, and shipped while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing cycle counts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The candidate will also be responsible for a mix of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.
Note: Candidates must reside in the Western New York area, as this position is based out of our Niagara Falls, NY warehouse.
Key Responsibilites:
Data entry-receive, track and allocate material into inventory or other warehouse locations
Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
Pick, pack, label and verify material for outbound shipments
Answer phone calls, emails and respond in timely manner in regard to shipments, carrier pricing, transfers and sales team
Use online portals for data entry/courier shipping labels/Bill of Ladings (Ups-worldship, Fedex, other LTL carriers.)
Sort incoming RMA’s and work with RMA dept to create invoices/send to Head Office

Sommaire :
Sous la supervision du superviseur de l’entrepôt, le préposé(e) à l’entrepôt sera responsable de l’entreposage, du déplacement, de la réception, de la conservation et de la préparation des matériaux, tout en offrant un service de la plus haute qualité à tous les clients. Le préposé(e) à l’entrepôt sera également responsable de la surveillance quotidienne de la sécurité physique dans l’entrepôt, du signalement de tout enjeu lié à la sécurité à la direction, ainsi que de toute autre tâche liée à l’entrepôt qui pourrait lui être assignée. Principales responsabilités :
Imprimer/lire les bons de préparation à partir du système.
Suivre les procédures sur les bons de préparation RF ou les instructions verbales concernant les tâches à effectuer.
Prélever, préparer et déplacer les commandes des clients ainsi que le matériel connexe vers l’étape de vérification pour le processus d’expédition.
Utiliser un lecteur RF pour effectuer un décompte cyclique quotidien et signaler toute anomalie au superviseur.
Emballer les expéditions de façon sécuritaire sur des palettes, étiqueter et fournir les documents de transport, charger les camions.
Recevoir et entreposer tous les produits finis provenant de l’assemblage final ou des transporteurs, en temps opportun, en utilisant le système de lecteur RF.

Summary:
The Fire Alarm Systems Estimator will be responsible for estimating Fire Alarm System material and labour for projects which the Project Management Office (PMO) manage, regionally and/or nationally within Canada; this includes reviewing Consulting Engineers design drawings, Material take-off (either manually and/or using Procore), Bill of Material (BOM) creation, Labour (hours/cost) estimations for system Test and Inspection and Verification, Quote creation in AX. The Estimator will be required to review plans and confer with Sales Managers and Project Managers, if required, to provide a BOM and Quote for a complete and functional Fire Alarm system which meets the project specifications. The role is a full time permanent role based out of our office in Capital Federal, Buenos Aries Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales Managers and Project Managers to have a full understanding of the projects needs and requirements.
Review and understand Consulting Engineer drawings and designs for the Fire Alarm System.
Perform take-offs of design drawings, manually and/or by using Procore software, to provide accurate quantities of materials, and labour hours required for each project.
Employ problem-solving strategies and find solutions to product design issues.
Successfully meet deadlines for project quote submittals.
Ensure proper documentation of all work, organize, and maintain quotes and all supporting documents in a digital file database on the PMO SharePoint site for each project.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements.

Summary:
The General Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining sheet metal fabrication equipment to produce high‑quality components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. Stock shelves and move materials to different machines using a forklift as required.
Unload sheet metal skids when delivered and store it accordingly.
Prepare all metal items for painting.
Follow Supervisor/Team Lead instructions.
Requirements and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous 1 to 3 years experience in a metal shop environment.
Previous experience to spot welding, punch press and brake press, stand off and PEM inserter would be preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and good understanding of fabrication processes.
Able to read and interpret blueprints.

Summary:

Summary:
The Technical Writer – Digital Products, Approvals & UX Documentation is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation and digital media for Company products. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, write, and maintain installation manuals, user manuals, quick-start guides, and technical documentation for the full product line.

Summary:
We are searching for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Fire Alarm Technicians and all their service activities. He/she will organize and manage all service activities and performance of the service team. Our Service Manager will lead a team of Fire Alarm Technicians and ensure the efficient, safe, and timely completion of installation projects. In this role, you will plan and manage technician schedules, coordinate activities with general contractors, engineers, and authorities, and ensure all documentation and approvals are in place. You will mentor and train technicians, monitor labour hours and project costs, and help maintain optimal material levels and vehicle readiness. This is a full time role based out of our Maple Ridge location in BC.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage technician installation schedules to ensure optimum work load efficiencies and timely equipment deliveries.
Mentor, train and develop skills with Technicians.
Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors, Engineers and building officials to ensure all documentation and approvals are delivered.
Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service, while meeting or exceeding branch targets.
Monitor direct labour hours, project costs, and work schedules.
Coordinate and assist with expediting material requests, replenishing truck stocks and requesting other necessary supplies for technicians.
Ensure vehicles are clean and in safe operating condition by conducting regular inspection.
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and that the company is in compliance with all regulatory rules and regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
3-5 years of experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry.
Proven manager/supervisor experience in the Fire Alarm industry.
Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) certification or ASTTBC (Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC) certification in fire alarm.
Proficiency to review drawings, conduct field surveys, prepare all required information to perform complete installation activities.
Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer/technician requirements.
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract
Strong verbal and written communications in the English language
Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
Work with project management and meet on a weekly basis.
Be part of health & safety team.
Strong knowledge of Inspect Point, D365, Dayforce software a must.

Summary:
Under the PCB Supervisor, the Post Wave and Visual Inspection Operator/Assembler will be responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, cutting leads and working with various hand tools to produce quality circuit boards. This role is a full time role, afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of solder joints, polarity, and placements of parts.
Repair of post wave solder boards and components.
Manually clipping component leads from electronic boards.
Hand solder components onto circuit boards as required.
Use torque drivers for installing parts onto circuit board for final assembly.
Ensuring proper manufacturing quantities are labeled as per job, including all labels on boards, information on finished goods, and quantities on post wave boxes.
Maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
All other duties as required.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Knowledge of electronic components and assembly is an asset.
Works well in a team setting.
Understand IPC specifications as related to PCB & Assembly manufacturing.
Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is helpful along with IPC -610.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), crouch, bend, walk and stand for long periods.
